2009 Annual CITEA Conference and Exposition

Exhibition runs from March 18-20, 2009 (Thursday and Friday)

Fresno Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, Fresno, California

Conference dates:

SAVE THE DATE FOR 2009:  March 18-21, 2009
Setup is Wednesday, March 18th, between 1 and 5 PM.

Show runs Thursday and Friday, March 19-20.

Teardown is March 20th, after 5 PM. 

NO EARLY TEARDOWNS PERMITTED as they disrupt the show for both visitors and other exhibitors.

If you will be a new exhibitor or have not exhibited for several years, please contact us at the email below so we can add you to our database. 

If you have new staff or email changes, be sure to let us  know as well.

and Exhibitor Rules Sheet.  Read the Exhibitor Contract carefully regarding setups and electrical services. 
You will be signing the exhibitor contract via the online registration process.

For 2009, exhibitor registration will be handled via our new on-line system.  We recommend that you
download an Exhibitor Planning Form for reviewing decisions about how many booths, tables,
chairs, and meals you will need, then enter the online registration system.
