Matthew Crawford – The New York Times best selling author of Shop Class as Soul Craft is giving the keynote address for the California Industrial and Technology Education Foundation (CITEAF) State Conference at Riverside Convention Center, Raincross Ballroom, Victoria Room, Friday, March 12, 2010 at 5:45 pm (7:30 pm keynote).
High schools have been closing their industrial technology programs all over California, and Mr. Crawford (University of Chicago Ph.D. in political philosophy) sends a message that clearly refutes the wisdom of this trend. His fantastic, inspiring and best-selling book has caught the attention of the country.
